INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

SISU's alcohol intensive outpatient program (IOP) is an ASAM Level 2.1 program in Westport, licensed by CT DPH. Groups run three hours a day, three to five days a week, mornings or evenings. Each client has a primary clinician, weekly individual therapy, and a psychiatric provider who can evaluate medication for cravings. You get real structure without stepping away from work or home.
Mornings or Evenings
Groups 9 to 12 or 5:30 to 8:30, three to five days a week.
Medication for Cravings
A psychiatric provider on the team evaluates medication, not referred out.
Individual Therapy Weekly
A primary clinician you keep for the whole program.
