Our intensive outpatient program combines individual therapy, group sessions, and skills training using proven approaches like DBT and CBT to help you build lasting coping strategies.
We understand that life doesn't stop when you need help. That's why we offer flexible scheduling with evening and weekend sessions, plus telehealth options so you can attend from anywhere in Connecticut.
