Every group runs either in the morning before work or in the evening after it. Our clients are in their twenties through their sixties, and most keep working the entire time they are in the program. That is the design, not an accommodation.

Schedule

Three to five days a week, about three hours per session. Morning and evening groups so you can keep working or studying.

Format

Group therapy, individual sessions, and a psychiatric provider on the team. Every group is led by a licensed clinician.

Location

In person at 228 Saugatuck Ave, Suite 2E in Westport, with a virtual option if you cannot travel to us regularly.

You speak with our admissions team directly. The conversation is confidential and there is no obligation to enroll.

A licensed clinician reviews your history and current needs to determine whether this level of care is appropriate for you.

We verify your benefits, put any expected costs in writing, and place you in a group that fits your schedule.

Can I keep working while I do this?

Yes — that is what an IOP is for. Groups run mornings and evenings, three to five days a week. Most of our clients keep their job or stay in school the whole time.

How long does the program last?

Most people are with us six to twelve weeks. Your clinician sets the length with you based on how you are doing, not on a fixed package.

How far is it, and is there parking?

We are at 228 Saugatuck Ave in Westport, just off Exit 17 on I-95, with free parking on site. Most of our clients drive fifteen to thirty minutes.
