What the program provides

What the program provides

What the program provides

Medication management with a psychiatric provider, group and individual therapy, and enough clinical contact to catch a shift early rather than after it has cost you something. Sleep, routine, and early-warning signs are part of the work, not an afterthought.

Common questions

Questions people ask before starting

Questions people ask before starting

Questions people ask before starting

Will I have to take medication?

Not unless you want to. You will meet a psychiatric provider as part of your assessment. Whether medication is part of your plan is a conversation, not a condition of admission.

Do I have to stay overnight?

No. You live at home the entire time. IOP sits between weekly therapy and residential treatment precisely so you do not have to leave your life to get real treatment.

How long does the program last?

Most people are with us six to twelve weeks. Your clinician sets the length with you based on how you are doing, not on a fixed package.
