Everyone in the program meets a psychiatric provider as part of their assessment. If medication is part of your plan, the person managing it talks to the clinician running your groups. That coordination is the thing a standalone prescriber and a standalone therapist usually cannot do.

Schedule

Three to five days a week, about three hours per session. Morning and evening groups so you can keep working or studying.

Format

Group therapy, individual sessions, and family involvement where it helps. Every group is led by a licensed clinician.

Location

In person at 228 Saugatuck Ave, Suite 2E in Westport, with a virtual option if you cannot travel to us regularly.

Not unless you want to. You will meet a psychiatric provider as part of your assessment. Whether medication is part of your plan is a conversation, not a condition of admission.

How soon can I start?

Usually within a few days of your first call. The first step is a short phone conversation, then a clinical assessment.
