You join your group by video at its scheduled time — about three hours, three to five days a week. Same licensed clinicians as the Westport program, same curriculum, same psychiatric assessment. You need a private space and a phone or a laptop.

Schedule

Three to five days a week, about three hours per session. Morning and evening groups so you can keep working or studying.

Format

Secure video groups run by the same licensed clinicians as our Westport program. Individual sessions by video too.

Location

In person at 228 Saugatuck Ave, Suite 2E in Westport, with a virtual option if you cannot travel to us regularly.

Adults managing a mental health condition, a substance use problem, or both at the same time. Some arrive stepping down from a hospital stay or detox. Some have been in weekly treatment for months without much changing. Some have never been in treatment at all.

A licensed clinician reviews your history and current needs to determine whether this level of care is appropriate for you.

We verify your benefits, put any expected costs in writing, and place you in a group that fits your schedule.

Is the virtual program the same as in person?

Same clinicians, same group curriculum, same weekly hours. The difference is that you join by secure video instead of driving to Westport.

Will my insurance cover this?

We work with most major commercial insurance plans. Call and we will run a verification of benefits before you commit to anything, so you know what your plan covers and what it does not.

Can I keep working while I do this?

Yes — that is what an IOP is for. Groups run mornings and evenings, three to five days a week. Most of our clients keep their job or stay in school the whole time.
